Austin Trujillo

Austin Trujillo is a UNC alumni and a former research assistant of the Charlotte Urban Institute. Trujillo, who is from China Grove, North Carolina, dedicated his research during his studies to suicide prevention among marginalized communities. 

Austin is also an avid hobbyist, traveling across North Carolina to share in trading competition and collecting. He hopes to share both of his hobbies and his dedication to research with his baby boy, who is his biggest inspiration for success.
