Carlene Mayfield, Ph.D., MPH, is an associate vice president of impact evaluation and grants management at the Advocate Health National Center for Clinical and Community Impact, where she leads Impact Evaluation and Grants Management. In her role, Mayfield advances enterprise strategies that integrate analytics, evaluation and research to improve health outcomes and access. With over a decade of experience in cross-sector evaluation and a background in epidemiology and social and behavioral health, she specializes in designing innovative, data-driven approaches to address complex healthcare challenges.
