Erin Shoe leads public health services and strategic direction for Cabarrus County. Shoe has held many positions while at Cabarrus Health Alliance for over two decades, learning something critical from each role. Asked what she loves most about the work she does daily, she says – it’s the people – the people she works alongside, the people she partners with and the people she serves. Shoe is a Cabarrus County native and specialized in health focused collaboration.
