Fatima Rodriguez Caba

Fatima Rodriguez Caba is a research assistant from Charlotte, North Carolina. She graduated
from Winston-Salem State University with a bachelor’s degree in social work. She earned her
master’s degree in social work from UNC Charlotte in May 2024. Rodriguez Caba is passionate about
promoting access to resources and services within local and international communities
through research and the arts.

When she is not working within the community, Rodriguez Caba enjoys writing poetry, reading and
traveling back home to the Dominican Republic. She is excited to continue pursuing her passion
at the Institute, and looks forward to collaborating with communities to create change
through research, partnerships and innovative ideas in the Charlotte region.
