Senior Research Associate
Bridget is a senior research associate at the Charlotte Urban Institute where she leads the Impact, Data and Evaluation Academy. In this role, she helps community partners build capacity in data collection, evaluation, and storytelling through cohort-based trainings and one-on-one technical assistance. Bridget is a public health evaluator by training and enjoys partnering with organizations across the region to define their program goals, track progress and use data to drive decision making. Prior to joining the Institute, she served as a program coordinator for a federally funded teen pregnancy prevention initiative at Cabarrus Health Alliance and coordinated after-school tutoring programs as an AmeriCorps VISTA member.
