Ally Bitgood

Ally Bitgood, is the business services coordinator for the Charlotte Urban Institute + Regional Data Trust. Bitgood’s primary role includes assisting with planning and organizing events including registrations, travel, budgeting, and maintaining records. Bitgood grew up just outside of Charlotte in Monroe. She’s been riding horses the last 20 years and competed at the postsecondary level against the University of South Carolina and the University of Kentucky. She is WSET Level 1 certified and holds an MBA in Tourism & Event Management from Midway University in Kentucky specializing in Bourbon Studies. In her free time, Bitgood enjoys splitting time between her book club, hanging out with her dogs, and learning new cupcake recipes.
